Q: Does Latitudes Tours accommodate guests with mobility needs?
Yes! We welcome all guests and are committed to making your experience as comfortable as possible. If you or someone in your group requires special accommodations—especially related to mobility—please contact us in advance. We want to assist you.

Q: Are your boats wheelchair accessible?
Our vessel, Island Vibes, features a wheelchair-accessible boarding ramp. There is also a ramp from the marina near Marina View Apartments to the dock.

Q: Can I bring a manual wheelchair, walker, or transport chair?
Yes, manual wheelchairs are welcome and can be safely accommodated in the front section of the boat. Walkers and transport chairs can be folded and securely stored onboard.

Q: Are electric wheelchairs or scooters allowed?
Unfortunately, due to weight restrictions, we are unable to accommodate electric wheelchairs or scooters at this time.

Q: Is there a wheelchair-accessible restroom on board?
No. The restroom on board is not wheelchair accessible due to the limited size of the vessel.

Q: Does the tide affect boarding conditions?
Yes, tide levels can impact the angle of the ramp and the ease of boarding. Please reach out if you have any concerns—we’re happy to provide up-to-date information about boarding conditions for your cruise.

Still have questions?
Feel free to contact us with any additional accessibility concerns or requests. We’re here to help!

Q: Are pets allowed on Latitudes Tours?
We love animals, but to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests, pets are not allowed on board. Our vessel is small, meals are served during tours, and some guests may have allergies or fears.

Q: Are service animals permitted?
Yes, ADA-recognized service animals are welcome aboard. In accordance with U.S. Department of Justice guidelines, only dogs trained to assist individuals with disabilities are considered service animals. These dogs qualify under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Emotional support animals are not considered service animals under this law.

Q: What should I do if I plan to bring a service animal?
Please give us a call at 813-641-1311 in advance if you plan to bring an ADA service animal. We’re happy to accommodate and discuss any specific needs to ensure a smooth experience.

Q: Do you offer meals, and what if I have a food allergy?
Yes, Latitudes Tours provides catered meals from local restaurants. Meals are pre-determined to help streamline meal preparation. If you have a food allergy, you can note it on the booking form. If substitutions are available, we’ll do our best to accommodate.

For specific dietary needs, please call us in advance at 813-641-1411 so we can make sure you’re well taken care of.
