Florida weather can be unpredictable. Our captain monitors conditions closely and may adjust departure times to avoid storms. If the weather is unsafe, the tour will be canceled. We’ll notify you 45–90 minutes before departure by phone, email, or text. Please note: we do not offer partial refunds if a tour begins but is cut short due to weather.

If Latitudes Tours need to cancel for any reason, we’ll do our best to reschedule your trip. If rescheduling isn’t possible, you may choose between a full refund or a voucher for a future cruise.

We initiate refunds immediately upon cancellation. Latitudes Tours, through our booking platform FareHarbor, follows the same refund process used by major retailers. Once a refund is issued, the funds are sent to your bank, which determines when the credit will appear on your card. The timing can vary depending on your bank and the method used to issue the refund. Contact us if you have any questions. We will immediately work to resolve any issues or concerns.

If you’re running behind, please call us as soon as possible. The captain will determine whether a delay is possible based on the day’s schedule. For sunset tours, timing is especially important. We must return to the bay in time to view the sunset. As a result, delays are rarely possible.

Due to the vessel size and capacity, we make several considerations when boarding guests. Our crew assigns seating before and during boarding, and we do our best to keep your group together. Occasionally, we ask guests to move due to safety, weight balance, meal service, or to accommodate passengers with special needs. We greatly appreciate your understanding and flexibility.

Yes! Each Latitudes Tours boat tour in Ruskin requires a minimum of six (6) paid passengers, not per individual booking. During slower periods, we may not reach this minimum, and in those cases, the tour may be canceled or combined with another tour to meet the required number of guests. We understand a tour cancellation can be disappointing. We’ll do our best to reschedule your trip. Alternatively, we can provide a full refund.
